      College Foundation of NC customer service representatives definitely need "on the job" training and apparently the technical system operators need help. My account is on "automatically draft" yet my account is flagged in red "Past due" today. Which I'm sure is going to be a negative post to the Trans Union and the other credit reporting agencies!

      My CF loan account was noted "past due" on 12/12/2022. I called CF, the customer service agent said that my account automatic draft fell on the weekend, the financial institution was closed on the weekend therefore the account was in the "past due status!!
