    This company is contracted under ADT. They have door to door sales people and we accepted their system. It was installed by a proclaimed retired military member and retired police officer that is now working in security. Within 3 days this system just didn't meet our needs. We called and canceled services. The same trained technician came to our home and accepted back all of the equipment. Upon leaving he started taking photos of the front of our home. Then 3 days later we contacted the company to ask the status of our refund of our down payment. This is when we received emails (was text conversations at first) saying that all of the equipment was broken and could not be reused and we actually owed them money. Even though it was accepted by their trained technician at our home. Now they still are withholding $233 and will not return that amount but sure did pick up and keep their equipment from our home. Due to a safety concern and lack of integrity I would not recommend this company. I have reached out multiple times and left messages. 1 time I spoke with someone names ******* but have not received a return call.

    This customer did sign up for a ********************** system with us. We installed a brand new security and camera system with an equipment cost of around $1000. The customer called 3 days after install to say they wanted to cancel without providing any specific reason and would not allow us the opportunity to try and fix any issues they may be having. We let the customer out of the agreement and scheduled a time to come out and remove the equipment. When we arrived onsite, the customer handed us a box of our equipment that had been removed by a competing company. Much of the brand new equipment that we had installed was completely destroyed by whoever removed it. This is why we have a policy that we remove our own equipment. This customer made the decision to go with a competitor without waiting for us to remove our own equipment and in the process destroyed our property and is upset that we had to charge her as a result. Although this customer states we have not reached out, we have explained this situation to her via phone and email and that is how she is aware of the reason for the charge and the charge amount in the first place.
