    I purchased a product from this company on August 9, 2022.
    The amount of the transaction was $95.39.
    I have since returned the item with it being mailed out on August 16, 2022.
    The company has reportedly received my returned item and advised that their processing time is 3-5 business days. It is now September 20, 2022 and I have yet to be refunded and based on the company history it seems that they are preying upon their customers and failing to return their money to them. This seems both unethical and deceitful. This company is listed under a Raleigh, NC address but is conducting its business in Miami, FL which also seems daunting. I am a Virginian and I am protected by the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, which describes in section 59.1-200 Prohibited Practices 16-A Failing to disclose all conditions, charges, or fees relating to the return of goods.

    This company has not communicated the conditions by which my refund will be returned to me or how long it will take to be returned. They have however received their product back in the same condition that it was sent. I would like a refund issued to me within a timely manner or I would demand my property back which I paid for. This is unacceptable treatment of a consumer and I should hope that regulations or provisions would be in place to better protect us as we continue to stimulate this economy.
