    I rented 2 units in Sept 2022 for 2 months and they totaled about $314.00. In Nov 2022 I started emptying the units and had some items left but I still had time before the contract was over. I went to clean out the rest of my items that totaled about $2100.00 and they were gone and when I went to the office and spoke with *****, he advised me that he popped the lock and threw the items away because he thought that I didn't want them. I spoke with ********** who was AM at that time and advised him of what happened and the items that were left. He said they would refund my unit fee and also after some negotiating, he said they would be refunding me $1500.00 for my items. I wasn't happy but I figured something was better than nothing. Some time had passed, and I didn't hear back from **** and when I did, he informed me know he no longer worked for ***** called ***** and he gave me ******************************* who is now the new AM. After some time, I finally reached her and gave her the information and she stated she would look into it and call me back. So, after about a month of not hearing from her she finally called and said per *********************** they would not be refunding me my money back because they had already given me my unit fees back. I explained that had nothing to do with all of my items they threw out and she repeated I wouldn't be getting my money back. If I owed them money and had abandoned my furniture, I could see them possibly doing something like this, but this wasn't the case and I believe they should be responsible for refunding me all my money.
