    I ordered a Spectra LL100n laser level from benchmark supply on 2/20/2025 order number BM436309. The level has malfunctioned and I have spoke to several people that tell me that it cannot be fixed it has to be replaced under warranty. I have called and filled out the form on the website and have not been able to receive a call back from anyone about my warranty claim. I am having to put jobs off until I get this fixed.

    Subject: Unsatisfied with services and business practices provided by Go Unmanned and Benchmark Supply To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a complaint against Go Unmanned and Benchmark ****************************** I used their services to repair my drone in 2-15-22, and they shipped the drone back to me, tracking number(1ZYV29070351930766). However, the drone was lost during shipment, and I never received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and resolve this issue, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I have been in contact with Go Unmanned and Benchmark ***************************** for over a year now and they keep giving me the run around, stating that they will have to wait for *** to see about the refund, but *** had already paid them $112 in which my drone is worth more than that.I have had to resolve filing a lawsuit against the company. Furthermore, I have found out that Go Unmanned are not current with their annual report with the Secretary of ***********************. This shows a lack of accountability and responsibility on their part as a business.I believe that Go Unmanned and Benchmark Supply& tool have failed to provide the level of service and business practices that I was expecting, and I am requesting that the BBB take action to resolve this issue.I am seeking a full refund for the repair services and the cost of the drone, which I have documented as $1,751 and also for Go Unmanned and Benchmark Supply& tool to comply with the laws and regulations of the ***********************.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.*********,*****************************
