    Was a client for years but was quoted a price- have it in writing and advised to make an appt. I went in and now have uneven brows. They want to charge another ****** to correct them. Plus another 200 to finish the appt because my skin wasnt ready yet so the price of ****** would now cost me ****** again now in writing. Please do not use this studio if you arent willing to except you may be quoted one price and then charged over double and may have to pay additional fees to have corrective work done.

    Hi ******,We understand your frustration and again apologize for your dissatisfaction in your results. As I assured when we last spoke, you and ******** both verbally confirmed that your brows were up to both of our standards before you left your appointment. I would also like to add that we have had more than one implication in which you did not follow some of our pre-care guidelines, bringing attention to this in the middle of your appointment, which can heavily impact the results of your tattoo. Each client must agree to the pre-care guidelines prior to their appointment, which you did do, then proceeded to come in without letting us know that these guidelines were violated. Not to add - we did not charge you any non-compliance fees. The aftercare/healing process can also determine those results, which could have caused the unevenness you mentioned.We never intend to deceive our clients, and any additional appointments that are booked only cover the materials and time on our artists calendars. They do not receive any profit from the appointments, because we always want to make sure were both pleased with your tattoo.The cost of your appointment would have remained the same regardless of whether we tattooed your brows, lips, or both as we book based on the amount of time on your artist's calendar, not what was tattooed. We booked the additional session because your skin had not yet made room for more pigment. We prioritize your skins health above all, which is why we opted to not tattoo you yet. Creating excess trauma can cause unnecessary damage, which we never want to do.We understand that Inkvictus is not the right fit for you anymore, but we wish you the best throughout and beyond this process.
