    This business took $1500 from ** in July 2023 for a wedding in August 2023 for a tent set up at a wedding venue. We were told they would come set up before 7PM the day before the wedding. The week of, no one would answer the phone or call us back. We had an entire crew to set up tables and chairs but we were waiting on the tent company to come first. We finally just set everything up. After everyone left, one guy showed up on an f150 at 8pm to say he was setting up the tent. We told him we were very upset with the communication from his company and we wanted the owner on the phone. He came back and said he could not get the owner on the phone but he got his office on the phone. The office said that he can either set up or we could get a full refund. We told him to just give us a refund. He left. We cannot get anyone from the company to call us back for a refund. This company is horrible to deal with.
