  Purchased a 2013 Range Rover Evoque cash sale from them on June 26, 2023. I was called by the owner prior to the temp plate expiring that I still owed them $720.00 for a differed down payment. This was a mistake they said yet I had to pay it to get my tags. That to me felt like a scam and I was not made aware of that during the purchase process. Prior to the sale I had some mechanical issues brought to their attention and they assured me that the effected the repairs. I had it looked at and they could not tell if they were new but looked like a possible new repair. Well one was the radiator and 07/30/2023 it split at the seams $1,437.12 for the repair. Two days later the **************** steering rack failed car is no longer drivable. The repair is $7,189.62 and only can be done by land Rover it exceeds the trade in value of the car effectively totaling it. when I called **** he laughed when I told him and is standing behind the AS IS clause. I asked him to take it back on good faith and put me in a ****** priced vehicle repair and re sell the Rover. That was a NO so now the car is worth around $700.00 as is for a loss to me of $13,301.00

TOTAL PRICE WAS AGREED TO VERBALLY AND ON THE **** OF SALE SIGNED BY ******  NO "SCAM" INVOLVED
