    They just called me to say I ordered their product online which I DID NOT order and its a subscription and I can cancel but I need to pay $249. to cancel the subscription they said I received one shipment at my address and I never received anything from them. They also gave me the last 4 digits of a credit card that I closed because of fraud. The lady kept telling me I got a shipment that I never received and when I asked to speak to a manager or fraud department she refused. She also kept stating 'then how do we have your information' Because it's FRAUD!!!

    The Nutra Company just called me. Told me I ordered something Decemberof 2023, they wouldn't what. Said I was to cancel online or by phone, which they said I didn't. Now they want a payment, never said the amount and I didn't ask because I said no matter, I am not giving anyone a credit card number to pay for something I never ordered. The lady insisted that was the only way to cancel the subscription or they would be sending out the next shipment. They never sent me any product from December until now August 30th 2024. I can't find **** about them online and only see two products they are selling on their web page. I finally hung up on the lady while she was in mid sentbecause she said I had to handle this with her even thought she gave me a toll free number to call, but wouldn't let me call that number to verify this information only saying I needed to pay now to cancel the outgoing shipment. I just find it interesting that if I had a subscription for something to be sent every month then why haven't I seen any such product. If I could give no stars I would. Oh and she said I got emails about my subscription but looking at my emails, spam included I don't see anything. She wasn't transparent about what I allegedly ordered or the amount I needed to pay to cancel the subscription. I think there's something very suspicious about this company. I know they are not BBB members but still wanted to leave this as a warning to people who have dealt with them.

    The company sent me an email asking me to just pay a shipping charge of $ 9.90 in order to receive a sample order of gummies. I am 74 yers of age and did NOT understand that by my agreeing to pay for the shipping that I was also putting in an implied order for $ ****** of gummies that are being shipped to me. I simple did NOT understand this, but they said that the fine print details outlined this matter. I am very frustrated and do not have the money to pay for this amount since I only agreed to pay the $ 9.90 in order to receive the sample products.
