    I called Meridian Waste on January 12, 2024 and spoke with ****** Iceman about renting a large dumpster for construction debris while I renovate my house. I asked her when it would be picked up and she said I could keep it as long as I needed and sent me an agreement for a $100 delivery charge and $355 per haul charge. It was delivered that afternoon or the next day. I signed the agreement and emailed it back her. I got a **** for $100 for delivery and paid it around the first part of February 2024.I used this dumpster almost every day and filled it with siding, wood, flooring, from my renovations. I never received any **** until December 2024 and it was $155. I called the customer line at ********************** in January 2025 and was told since my contract was a year old, I had to pay a new fee. I told her they could come get the dumpster because that was not what I agreed when I got it and it was picked up around January 28, 2025. Right after I got a **** for $370, which is more than my price of $355, plus another charge for my dumpster being overweight. The **** also had that $155 charge included. This time I called ****** Iceman since she was who I talked to originally and she said the $155 was an inactivity fee because I didn't have it emptied every 30 days. I told her the **** said it was a daily fee and I never had it emptied every 30 days so that didn't make sense. I only pay $355 when it's hauled away and $60 per ton if it's overweight. She said she would have someone call me, but nobody ever has.I am only paying the original price of $355 plus the overweight charge of $119.60. I am not paying an extra $155 for something I didn't agree to and not paying $370 for the haul away when I'm only supposed to pay $355. My agreement says N/A for daily charges. My documents are included with this complaint.

    This business refuses to provide weekly trash service. I have prepaid for 3 months of weekly service. My trash day is Tuesday, and has not been impacted by a holiday. I have received service once in a month. I have called multiple times and they keep saying theyll send someone out but never do. The entire street has trash scattered on the ground because everyones cans are overflowing and animals have gotten into the trash and destroyed the bags leaving debris everywhere. We called again yesterday with a response of they should come by the end of the day and as usual they didnt show up.
