Last year (May2023) had my annually water sample done by ****. I was not informed to pay when I dropped off my sample (1st red flag). So I didnt, & assumed I would be sent a bill in the mail/e-mail. However, when I never received my results. I was told I needed to pay first & then I would get my results, okay, makes sense, so I went to the ****** office & paid & shorty after did I received my results. Now, in April2024, I receive an e-mail that I have an outstanding balance for my samples done in May2023. I went to the ****** office & was told this has happened to several customers. I called the billing office & was told they cannot find who paid by address or name. Only my invoice #. I was never given a receipt (2nd red flag), but they decided it up to me to go through my credit card statements that I no longer have to show proof of payment. I recall clearly going back & paying my bill in 2023. Its not the customers fault that this poorly run company cant figure out how to track customers by name, address, & invoices, dates. I strongly believe there needs to be an audit. Im guessing for those who paid twice will not be reimbursed. **** is in error & needs to eat the cost of miss handled bills, maybe then they will figure it out how to run a business! This is so typical of a company who buys out the completion to get rich! **** needs to take responsibly. If not, my next filed complaint will be the the *************************

I experienced terrible service from Pace Analytical. I used them to test my well water in preparation for the sale of my home, When I called, you hear a tape message saying the test results would be received within **** days, When the tester came to my home, I was told they were backed up and would receive the results within ***** days. On the 14th day I had not received the final report. I was told I would receive the report the next day. I did not and in fact it took an additional 4 business days to receive the final report. All told it took more than 3 weeks to receive the test results, It has put the closing date of my home in jeopardy.
