    Steer clear of this place! Called them 2 weeks ago to service our tankless hot water heater. It was running fine before they 'cleaned' it and they said it was in relatively good shape. After they leave the unit makes horrible sounds and vibrates every time we use the water. It took them a FULL WEEK to get back out here and they charged ** 200 bucks for the visit... Which is insane since they were just here! They they say we need a gas regulator. ANOTHER WEEK goes by... and the noise is getting worse. I call an leave a message begging for help. Today I get an ESTIMATE via email for FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for installing a new unit AND a gas regulator. They are slow to respond and you cannot ever get them on the phone and their business practices are shoddy. They are all about UPSELL. After they cleaned the unit, they sent some other wacky estimate over here to install a cartridge... WE NEVER ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE on that... Save your money, protect your investments, and steer clear of this ****************.
