    Good Morning!On august 7 2024 I ordered a relief *****. 28.26$ (Canadian) was taken on my ***** On august 17 60.48$ (Canadian) was also taken on my ***** No where on your site theres mention about other fees. So I kind of figure out was duty fees. I tried to call couldnt talk to nobody. On august 27 I received my package. But then on September 16 I noticed that on my **** another ***** was taken. I tried to call you, left 2 messages, sent email. I cant get any response. Its impossible to talk to someone from your company. I want my money back you have no rights to take money on my ***** Please I need someone to take care of my problems

    On 08/07/2024 I placed an order for a plushie for the total of $19.90. On 8/19 the companies charged my bank account and additional $42.95, and on 9/16 charged my account again for $44.95. I have attempted to contact them for over a month. I have been directed to different websites, and have filed claim tickets,sent emails and attempted to contact them through the number provided. I have received no response.I made no additional purchases since 8/07. This purchase was originally made from an advertisement on ******** for the product.The order confirmation email is from a different company completely, under *******
