  You guys rock! I have had to use Hooked Up Towing on several occasions because I tend to pick up EVERY nail, screw, pair of pliers, ***** wrench, etc. that *** be in my tires' path. I use AAA and always get HUT. Every driver has been very responsive, very quick and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them because of their customer service and quick response. Thank you for giving this not-so-lucky woman a sense of relief!! **********

  If I could take the 1 star away from them I would I called ***************** at 1:45 pm for them to tow my 2007 ****** Camry to **** Brother ******, ****** Valley Ca. I received a text message telling me that a company by the name of Hooking You Up was going to be here in 90 minutes. 90 minutes would have been about 3:30 pm. I called at 3:45 pm and was told that they will be here in 15 more minutes. It was 4:03 and I called the tow company back and was told again another 15 minutes they would be here. I had explained to ***************** that I need to make sure the towing company was here when they promised because I had to try to make it 40 minutes to ************** to the bank before they close. The tow truck didn't show up until 4:19 pm with a car already sitting on the flatbed truck. I am not sure why ******* would send this company and they would even show up with a car already on the tow truck. I have been sitting here all day for towing service.

  My apologies ****, However, we normally only charge the service fee if we are able to perform the service. I really would like for you to call us so we can look up your service order and see if happened, and if we indeed did charge you, we will refund you. ************

  The first time it was because of our insurance company that we even used them. They lost a piece to my car and refused to handle it. At first it was all nice then the secretary was rude and incompetent and refused to deal with the situation started cursing at me and being extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. So I just placed a claim on their insurance since she was so disrespectful. The second time our insurance company sent them out after waiting an hour they never came we called and they said they never got anything which is a lie because they accepted the call that is how our insurance company sent us their info. After calling our insurance company they said the same that it was impossible because they accepted the call. We went with Big Tim instead of them. I will never use them again. I rather pay out of pocket then use them again.

  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Was in an auto accident this morning (car not driveable). My insurance company handled the tow. They chose Hook’d up towing (a local company). Was told the tow truck driver would be out within 2 hours of this set up call at about 10:45. I called the tow company dispatcher at 12:15pm to follow up to see if there was any updated info. She said the driver was just finishing up the last tow before mine in High Point 15 min away and that the driver was headed my way. She said it would be no more than 60 more minutes (new arrival time is now pushed back from 12:45 to 1:15. So now, 1:15pm rolls around, no call, no show. I called the tow company dispatcher (again) about 15 min later, now 1:30pm) and she said the driver left at 1:27pm and was en route, new scheduled time (yet another push back) of 1:39pm and that she would have the driver call me to confirm. 1:45pm rolls around, still no driver (wow!). Still No phone call received from driver. No apology, no explanation, just keep pushing back the scheduled arrival time. I finally call back again (3rd time now) about 1:50pm and talk to the dispatcher again (admittedly I was frustrated by this time as I’ve heard nothing but lies and excuses thus far) I asked when the driver was showing up as it’s been pushed back multiple times now and no one has called or shown up. She said they should be there any minute. I told her that’s been said to me multiple times and that’s she’s already promised them to come out multiple times already. I asked her if there was anything else she’d like to say due to the huge inconvenience (an apology would have been nice and definitely would have helped diffuse the situation, as well as show responsibility/accountability on the end of the towing company). Instead, she was very short with me and said they are calling my insurance company and they will be sending out another tow company and HUNG UP ON ME!! Wow, very unprofessional! Would never ever use them again!! RUDE!!
