So I have been going to this plasma center for a while now. My first concern with this plasma center is that. They do not pay you enough offer each bottle of plasma they make close to ***** bucks. They then give the person who donated the plasma $35 the first time $80 the second time. I have noticed a pattern where some weeks you'll go and get screened and you won't pass but I'm dealing with a different dilemma now. That dilemma being I visit my doctor's office for annual routine checkup upon leaving my doctor's office I went to the plasma center to donate My donation was successful that day. They took a sample to check my protein the first sample they took somehow something was wrong with it. They never tell you what The second time they took my sample was right after my doctor's appointment so my doctor's appointment my protein was 8.5 it's 45 minutes drive from my doctor's appointment to the donation site they took another sample because somehow they misplaced or something went wrong with the sample they had the first time. So today I was told my sample was too low protein mind you it's on the **** same day as my doctor's visit for my annual checkup My doctor chart says 8.5 they said I was under 6.0 That's the discrepancy how is it 45 minutes ago it was 8.5 but when I get to your center and you take my sample and send it all the way to ***** it's under six does it make any sense. Not to mention I feel that the stations you take your blood pressure at the machines are not calibrated because they fluctuate and accuracy.
