      BathPro came to out house to give us an estimate to update our two showers. The presentation was nice but adding in measurements and estimates and calls to the boss, it took over 3 hours. When we expressed that we weren't interested because the price was out of our budget, it was then like being at a used car dealer, "Let me call my boss" etc etc. The price was dropped twice, but still way above what we wanted to pay. The final offer seemed doable and I wanted to discuss it with my wife. We were told the offer was only good for that day and to hold it, we needed to make a deposit of $1,000 with 3 days to change our minds. This was a Saturday. We gave the salesman a check and discussed it over the weekend and still decided against it. I called at 11:30 Monday morning to say no thank you. I got voice mail. My check had already been cashed and we got calls from the salesman and his boss trying to change our minds. I said no thank you and asked for our money back. They are not responding to calls or texts and its now almost 2 weeks later and my $1,000 has not been refunded yet. Nice products (though over priced), not so nice experience.

      The check was written as a deposit on a legally binding contract. The miscommunication is regrettable, but the Design Consultant probably wanted to get the deposit in as we do not order materials without a deposit. As a practical business practice BathPro waits 10 business days to refund any check presented to us. Today, June 17 is the 10th business day from the deposit of your check and accounting already has it in the batch for refund to be mailed out today.Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
