    Good Day, On September 3rd 2022, TJ's Mobile Tinting LLC installed window tint on all windows of my 2019 Mustang Convertible GT while visiting at my parent's house in ***** *****, North Carolina. Immediately after installation and after the technician left, I notice damage to four of my six windows of the vehicle. The damage consisted of outlined razor blade cuts to both the interior and exterior of those windows. I immediately called the technician and he stated there was no possible way. I sent pictures to him which he refuted. I asked for the company owner's contact information and was only provided an email address. After being in contact with the owner and the owner still refusing to speak over the phone with me, I provided pictures and the owner declared there was no way the damage could have occurred. I filed a police report, submitted a claim to my insurance company, and have been in contact with my bank about the charges. I asked the owner to work with me regarding the incident and was told to never contact them again. I have all the proof needed to support my claim.     Customer looked over and paid after job was done no complaints were at that time. Also provided to the customer knowledge we are a mobile tint company. We pre cut all materials before coming out to any job. Our techs do not carry blades to use on vehicles for this reason. Customer seen all materials were precut. Customer now refuses to believe this. And accuses us without proof. Even the police department told her it’s only an accusation because she doesn’t have proof. And with us precutting all materials before going too job.
