      I **** a handgun on 10/07/24. I paid a renewal fee on 09/03/24( $25.08), another on 11/01/24 ( $50.16) for October and November.Another on 12/04/24 of (*****). Another of ($50.16) on 02/01/25. Another ( $50.16) on 03/19/24. The payment on 03/10/24 is the reason for my complaint. I was told that I owed for 2 months renewal fee which is impossible. The **** was made on 08/07/24. Its been 7 months. Ive made 8 renewal payments. I was told by cashier at the **** shop that I owed a renewal fee for 08/07/24 the month I made the transaction. I disagreed and another gentleman started helping me. He told me the same thing. I again disagreed. I paid the$(50.16) . I am filing this complaint because this is not the first time this has happened to me with this company. They sold a Mossberg shotgun I had pawned with them stating I not paid a renewal fee in over 90 days. I didnt keep up with my receipts in that transaction, but I have with the handgun. I not sure if Im the only person theyve done this to, I dont believe I am. I not sure who else I need to consult concerning this issue. Ive paid 8 renewal fees, but theyve only had the handgun for 7 months.
