1st contact with Mr ********* was made on Oct 26,2022 at 3:44pm I was looking for a Yorkshire Terrier puppy & he had one on his website when she clicked on the video to see more of the puppy after he told her about it she noticed that the puppy in video was older than the puppy in the picture. I contacted him about this puppy & he was not very pleasant on the phone with me so I had my niece call & tell him I would take it. We made plans with him to pick up on Sat. Oct 29, 2022 by 10am. She called & confirmed the pick up on Fri the 28th 2022 as he did not make me put down deposit as I wanted to make sure it was real as there are so many scammers out there & in this instance I found one of them. We got there on October 29,2022 shortly after 9am as we called & said we were there he was quite abrupt on the phone & we told him we did not mind waiting until 10. He showed up shortly after that from another property with the puppy in the crate. Dog did not look like one in the video he was ‘ratty looking’ with hair still damp (it was cold outside) & smelled some like urine-He had me sign a paper that I never received a copy of.-When asked about vaccines he claimed he gave them to him himself –provided no list or proof of this In what he said was “updated video” he claimed weighed about 10 pounds in fact he weighed 6.75-He gave me syringes of something unknown told me to give them to the puppy (of which I took to my vet of 13 years & was told not to give to the puppy as it was not known as to what it was)-Provided NO medical history on shots..worming etc..When I spoke to him later in the afternoon on the 29th I asked about akc papers since he advertised Yorkshire Terrier & was told if i didn’t like it ‘call a lawyer-I plan to keep him as I now feel like I have saved/rescued him however I fully believe that since I was told half-truths by Mr ********* that he should refund me half of of my money ($499.00) This little puppy is adjusting to his new home and is happy

I am sorry if you thought I was rude or abrupt to you on the phone.  Because I had to continually repeat talking points with you, I thought that either you did not hear well, or that you could not remember what I had told you even for a moment, so I thought I needed to talk louder.  Yes, we did update the video of the Yorkshire Terrier puppy about 4 few days before you called and wanted to buy him after watching the video.  You saw updated footage of the puppy and loved him on the video and you loved him when you picked him up in the driveway. You were allowed to come see the puppy with no deposit required.  You were able to inspect the puppy after you came having paid nothing.  You loved the puppy so much when you left with him that you were almost tearful. It is sad that so many liberal vets are on a political crusade to make public believe it’s a sin to buy a puppy from a breeder.  95% of the independent ads online are scammers pretending to have puppies to get deposits from public-not an overpopulation of the lap dog that Grandma wants. I am sorry you had to wait in the driveway before I could bring your puppy.  You did not follow instructions and came 1 hour before business hours began, so we did not have time to completely fluff and dry your puppy nor the puppies of the other families that were being picked up that morning because you rudely disrupted our schedule and blew up everyone’s day by not coming at the correct time. Now you are angry because it was a little damp under the chin? I did not come from another property.  We own 133 acres here, and it is all the same property. We try not to use perfumes and colognes on the puppies because, due to junk food diets, so many people in our country are violently allergic to these products and require hospitalization to prevent death after being exposed.  Even a slight tinkle of urine from a puppy with no fragrance allows us to smell even one drop of urine if we hold the pup to our face. The puppy was not as fluffy when you picked him up as in the video because you did not give us time to dry him to that point. If you did not like the puppy then why did you buy him?  You had paid no deposit and would have lost nothing. Please advise your vet that platform scales are not sensitive enough to give accurate weights of very small dogs. You said you had been on our website and read the material, so I assumed you already read the warranty info you signed.  A copy of this warranty, a list of vaccines already  given, and the contact information of our vet who supervises our vaccines and care program here and prescribed those meds for all puppies that we send home was also given you in the info packet with the syringes.  You got scammed by a vet who wanted to discredit the preventative meds from our vet and charge you big money for the things he sold you of course.  Can you not read and retain anything? Were you not competent to give your paperwork to your vet?  I also wrote a lengthy paragraph on the warranty page explaining why we no longer breed registered show dogs that are linebred with cousins mating for show purposes because they often present defects and can be too mentally challenged to be a good house pet. You don’t read and then call to threaten legal action because I don’t provide AKC papers?  Then say I threatened you with legal action?  I’m sorry you missed the part on our page that says if you disagree with these policies please buy your pet somewhere else. I had reason to question your mental health because of our conversations and I would not have sold you this pup had your niece not said that she was helping you with it. This puppy was already on sale $500.00 off.  Get online and find another for $999.00 and you will likely get scammed. I will refund nothing. It should be illegal for BBB to invade the privacy of small business because on average 1 buyer per 500 will leave an attack review while 499 happy people won't take time to leave positive feedback. Our reviews are real.  We don't use reputation management software and continually reinvent ourselves like our competitors. This is why we are here for 41 years and they are new.  I pray that all will be well with you and this pet and you can remember to care for the puppy properly. Best wishesl

These issues are more political than you think, as liberal perspective almost always trusts science without questioning if it is true.  You said before buying a pet from us that you had read our material on the website.  Important information concerning your microchip and DNA testing were posted on our website for you to read before buying a pet from us.  So, if you are competent to remember and not lying about having read our online warranty page, then why do you not already know these things? Soon after you left with your puppy, another woman came that looked nothing like you. Would it be fair for my doctor to look at her and say that she is not a white human female because she didn’t look exactly  like you? Isn’t this what you just did to this puppy?  Puppies within breeds are similar, having varied build and appearance with different bloodlines.  If you did not like the way the puppy looked, then why did you buy it? It was posted on our website for you to read prior to purchase, and in the warranty that you signed when buying this pet that our vet, many other vets/professional people, and myself do not accept that DNA testing is a reliable way to determine the ancestry of dogs, and we offer no warranty concerning DNA Authentication. DNA authentication is not even considered an irrefutable way to determine ancestry in humans. Even though those selling the tests claim amazing accuracy, we maintain this position after having seen endless numbers of impossible and laughable test results. Your puppy should indeed have the microchip that we implanted. Sometimes chips can work their way through the skin and be expelled, but this rarely happens. These chips are ISO, which is the latest international technology.  Some scanners at veterinary hospitals will not read ISO chips because the scanner is American chip only and will not scan ISO frequency.  Again, a record of vaccinations and worming was included in your packet along with the syringes prescribed by our vet for every puppy that we sell. We did not misrepresent this pet.  You saw a video that had just been made and loved him.   You came to get the puppy and again you loved him and said he was cute.  If you want to take me to court that’s fine.  I will not be bullied by a buyer that is not willing to abide by our sales policies.  If you file suit and get a liberal judge who trusts in science you may win.  If I get a common sense judge who is willing to look at independent fact checking of DNA company test results and realizes that you are filing suit for a non-warranty issue as agreed before purchase, I will win. Even if you win, there’s a 75% chance that the judge will make you give us the puppy back if I am to refund your money.  These issues are much too complex to discuss in a BBB blog, as their interface does not allow enough space.  Please go to our website and read the material that you claimed to have read before buying this puppy. As there is a complete discussion of these issues. ************************************

I am rejecting this response because: Again he is not seeing the point of this. He advertised a Yorkshire Terrier yet what he sold me and I bought was not a Yorkshire Terrier and he was not honest enugh to tell the actual breed or mixed breed that the puppy is , so that is by law false advertising. Yes I watched the video and took the puppy upon arrival because he looked like he needed a good home and that is what he has and he is thriving but you were not honest about his breed. Since you told me 1/2 truths about the puppy I should get 1/2 of my money back. You are the bully I am just trying to get what is fair obviously your website is full of lies about being Christian and honest and not a scammer. I suppose the court or other agencies will have to decide this.
