      We ordered metal roofing material. One of the employees at Builders Discount Center in Wendell help to select the color based on a piece of existing material we already had in hand. When the material came in, it was the wrong color. It did not match. Instead of offering solutions they just said over and over again it was non-returnable. Needless to say I will take all my building material purchases elsewhere in the future. A little apology, a little discount, a little caring about the situation would’ve gone a long way. It’s not the problem that was the problem, but the attitude that presented itself when the problem arose. There are other suppliers in the building business who care a lot more.
