      They are not professional and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are slow and they don't maintain their rental property. Instead of hiring employees who are skilled they hire bootleg people to fix repairs that require more work days later. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau.

      Same problem no heat I have kids they dont pick up then she give him his personal number same thing. But Im in a process of getting a lawyer playing with the wrong one. He got a bad reputation around town

      Save yourself the headache and pick a reputable company. This "company" doesn't even deserve 1 star. They installed a "new" package unit at my home less than 6 months ago. It's now winter and the heat keeps tripping the breaker. It will not stay on. I've been contacting them every day for the past 4 days only to be told "We'll get to you." I still haven't seen them. I ask for a day and time. Their reply was "I can't give you a day and time." What reputable HVAC company can't give a day and time for a repair?! The unit is under full warranty yet they pretty much refuse to come fix it. So my kids and I are left without heat in 26 degree lows right now.

      Our company strives to meet the needs of every customer as quickly as possible. We had a barrage of customers calling at once, which often happens as soon as the temperature dips to the point of needing heat (it happens the same way during the initial need for A/C) While customers under warranty get priority, we try and service those customers on a first come first serve basis. We sent out another company that could service Ms. ******* quickly, and had the invoice sent to our office. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your business, and the assistance from **** ****** with ****** ********.,

      Going 5 days with no heat and no answers is not “quickly.” You did not send out another company in your own. They other company was sent because I contacted Mr. **** to inform him of this issues I was experiencing. He was the one that made the decision that since I had been 5 days with no heat and no service date, that your company would have to come same day or pay the bill to have someone else come. I shouldn’t have had to go through someone else to get assistance. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the same frustrations.
