This Cdl class course was four thousand dollars for 20 days of class and testing out through a third party for your driving license. There has been horrible communication with the owner of the business. There hasn’t been consecutive practice days . She only accepted cash payments as well . The day cab truck that we practiced on kept breaking down and if you were there and this happened she would just send you home . There has been months of no practice and she has continually told us she will send us to test out through the 3rd party school and yet we haven’t went yet . I have invested so much money and never received the proper service .

******* ***** is a student at Timbs and Heels Trucking Academy. However, she has struggled with the program. After speaking with ******* about the company's concern and working with her for over 12 weeks, she expressed an interest that she felt she could do better with the training if she could have additional practice. She was granted over 60 additional training hours.  ******* attended the school on a promotion for $3,040.  ******* also has the company landline, toll free number and my cell number.  We have spoken on numerous occasions. Communication has never been an issue. The school policy is cashier's checks and cash. We do not except personal checks. There were some issues with one of the trucks, however the school has 2 trucks that we practice with students. The issue was resolved immediately. ******* wasn't able to grasp the concept for driving the truck. Timbs and Heels went over and beyond working with *******, initially as a class, and after 160 hours, placed her in remediation to continue supporting her dream to drive trucks. It is not true that there have been months of no practice. Timbs and Heels Trucking Academy has been open Monday - Saturday (8am-5pm). Instructors volunteered time and came in some days at 7am to work directly with ******* to accommodate her schedule.

******* class, as well as other classes has graduated within the 20–25-day time frame, providing each student is prepared for the final test. Everyone in her class graduated with NO Problems! I spoke with ******* on the 23rd of September, which was the Friday before she filed this complaint on Monday, September 26th. I gave her a test date and explained the company concern that she needs to continue to practice. The final decision for Timbs and Heels Trucking academy is we will send her to test. We make no guarantees that she will pass, however, we did our part as a company, went over and beyond training her in excessive hours and one on one, supporting her wish to learn to drive trucks, and gave her tools necessary to pass.

If ******* need any additional support, Timbs and Heels Trucking academy is always willing to bring support to our past and present students.
