      Double charged for the software. Have attempted many times to converse via voice email and website to no avail. Will not return calls or emails. Just trying to get my double charge fee reduced to single charge.

      11/08/2023 $321.98 2x Video Hoster Quad Software (4 computers) Hoster 4n4 model $160.99 each total of $321.98 I have called and emailed leaving numerous messages stating that software does NOT meet my requirements and they still have not responded as of 11/17/2023. I want a refund

      Purchased their program directly and installed it on a brand new laptop which I had to return and exchange it for a better one because I need "Lighted Keyboard" function to be able to see better in dark establishments. Now I can't install the program into they new laptop because they allow only one install per customer (although I did a full uninstall of their program). I have tried contacting them for over one month now since the initial purchase to get my PC up and working but they have not answered any phone call (2-3 times a day from early morning) or any texts I have sent which are numerous. I urgently need to be contacted by them, please help.
