    On October 14 I hired a company off the **** list. After interviewing the representative from the company, I hired them to fix a place on my roof since chimney leaking into house, At that time we also agreed to have garage, outside windows and columns painted. They started the work and hopefully fixed the roof (their work was not very good). They then started on the garage and painted one wall and painted three windows. ****, the representative, stated he found mold in the walls and treated one wall inside my house and was to paint it. That all happened in October and he wanted payment and he planned to return the next day with a crew. I trusted him so when he asked for full payment I gave it. To this day he has not been back. Many, many phone calls have been made to him some with response that he would be there that next day while others were ignored. I contacted the owner, ***** Salinas, who stated they would be there the next day after that. As of this date, December 27 there has been no further work done. After weeks of no contact on December 14, I received a text that the work would be done by Christmas but no one showed up. **** told me after numerous phone call and texts that he did not tell me when the work would be completed. I would like the money $2700.00 that I paid him for the painting to be returned. He is not trustworthy to me any more. I am on a fixed income and can not pay anyone else with that money to finish the work.
