    The initial date of the business agreement was November 30th, 2022. A total of $12,000 was paid in cash to *********************** for boat restoration. I received updates in December and January. My last update was February 3rd, 2023. I called and texted with no response from *******. I drove an hour to one of his shops in ******** on Friday, April 21st. My boat was not at the shop that I dropped it off at. No work had been done on my boat since January 1st, 2023. The invoice in January showed $7649 worth of work being done of the $12,000 paid. Poor work, nonexistent communication, miscommunication, cash only, so he can only charge $100/hour instead of $125/hour and employing people on disability from the Army.
