    I drive my truck to Ellis Auto on Jan. 26,2022. ****, the front desk manager or person in charge said that they would look at my truck by Jan. 28, 2022. I explained to her that the truck shuts off sometimes; sometimes it starts back up, and sometimes it sits awhile. The truck was running when I took there.
    I told her to change the original distributor with electronic kit to a electronic distributor, but if it didn't work then put in the new distributor with the electronic kit. Over 3 years ago they put on the electronic kit. This was priority. The right side window regulator needed fixing. Right side windshield wiper needing fixing. The heating switch needed to be replaced/repairs. Also dash bulbs were needed. Right side pitman are was loose and needed tighening. These items above were asked to be fixed, but the distributor was priority.

    Roughly, in February they changed the distributor. After they put a new distributor, the truck stopped working. It seems like the old electronic kit was still in place. I had gone back and forth to check on the truck. One of the workers, a young white guy, told me that **** placed a mechanic on the vehicle that didn't know how to fix. Every time I went by, my truck was never in the shop but sitting outside, as if they worked on it when they had time. No more contact by phone ************,

    I went back and forth each monthand called, and would tell me that they were working on it, but couldn't get it started.

    Six months later, I saw ***** backing out of the shop and he said he owned the shop. He said he was going through a divorce and going to her lawyer. This was 1pm in the after. He said he would get on it himself when he got back to the shop.

    A black guy, said he would get to the truck, on the week of Sept 22. Prior, he said he didn't work there but taking care of some of his own stuff.

    I check with ***** week of October 3, 2022 and he took out the battery and said it probably wasn't any go...
