Contracted to do the job on July 16, 2023. Did not get the job done until September 15 due to delays and health problems of business owners. The original contract was for 4 trees at the price of $3500.00 with a $500.00 deposit. Three more trees were added for an additional $3000.00.. I paid $6500 in total which was the contracted price. However, as I investigated the following week, I saw that my downspout on the house was crushed with a hole in it and the gutter was bent. Both had to be replaced. He damaged two trees on the property. Also the internet line was damaged and my drainage pipe was crushed in two places and will have to be replaced. He spliced the internet line back together but the splice did not hold. ( He did not want to deduct the price of the technician's house visit and tried to say it was their fault for putting it too close to the surface.) He told me about the damage to the internet but did not tell me about the other issues. I want a refund of the cost of these repairs: $500 for the gutter and downspout and $150 for the drainage line and technicians house call. I deeply resent that he did not inform me about the house damage. In all, I want a refund of $650.00.
