      Will never deal with Northedge Steel ever again. Poor communication even after explaining what was wrote on the invoice. Poor workman ship, trying to tell me the problem was not level ground because that company is Always Right not the consumer even after I paid an extra $200.00 dollars. to level the building, which should have been addressed when I first complained but of course it was not there fault. Spoke with manager, which was very nice but of course it was not there fault

      Hello *****, this is Mitchell C*****, who you dealt with directly on this project. I want to start by apologizing that you've felt your experience was less than satisfactory. I know that not every project can go off without a hitch but we always strive to find a solution to any problem that may arise. The additional payment you made was to aid in the leveling of the building to meet your needs that you requested and I see that it is frustrating that even after that, the bottom edge of the buildings siding did not look how you expected. We are more than willing to adjust that bottom edge as I discussed with you, I do not know if it will meet what you are envisioning for the siding but we are always here to help. Please contact me if you wish to discuss the project further!
