    We bought a camper in April of this year and used it one time and noticed the shower is leaking. We brought it back to the dealer and he said it would only be a few hours to fix it and we could wait. We told him we needed to leave the camper but we would retrieve it The following week. Thus began the numerous phone calls for us, trying to hold them to the word that it would be repaired. Every single promise that has been made regarding the repair has been broken. Statements about what needed to be repaired, when the parts were there, when the camper would be available for pick up, and all that pictures we asked for them to provide (documenting the substructure and possible mold or warping due to water damage) seemed to change every time I callled and literally the only follow up I got was when I would chase them down. The last promised date of luck uo was June 21. Added to this, I discovered today in a ci versa ruin with the bank that we were sold, and therefore charged for, a new year model (2023) when what we were shown and thought we bought was the 2022. I understand that no recourse can be made for that, but it just adds to evidence for their shifty character.

    Radically change your summer plans as we don’t have the camper we thought we would have to use all summer. They seem to pass the buck in the blame game and I am at a loss as to what to do.
