    I have been trying since July 11, 2024 at 10:19 am to get ***** Grimes, owner of Grimes Flooring, to resolve issues with gaps in flooring installed in my kitchen/laundry room. I sent him pictures at his request. He didn't come out to look at the issue until about 2:30 pm on August 21, and he took pictures since the issue had expanded to more locations. He said the floor needed to be ***laced and he would contact the **** show him the pictures and get back to me in the next few days. I heard nothing. On October 19 at 9:54 am I texted him for an update. He said he would call the *** to see when the flooring would be in and get back to me. On October 28 at 11:58 am I texted him for an update. He said he should have an answer that day. No ***ly. On November 4 at 10:44 am I texted him for an update. No ***ly. November 8 at 8:57 am texted him - no ***ly. November 12 at 1:54 pm texted him - said he would call me that evening. He did not. November 19 at 12:33 pm he texted me that he talked to the *** and they were getting a flooring inspector to come out and he would contact me to set up the appointment. Heard nothing. January 27, 2025 at 1:34 I texted him for an update and he ***lied that he contacted the *** who would be back in touch with him soon and he would keep me updated. Heard nothing until February 3 at 8:35 am when he texted me that he got in touch with the claim guy and should talk to him by phone that day. Heard nothing. Today, April 7 at 4:10 pm I texted him for an update. No ***ly as of 3:20 pm. I have all text messages on my phone. This is ridiculous! I paid him over $11,000 for all new flooring throughout my house. There are also other issues in the living/dining rooms and both bathrooms flooring. I have been more than patient waiting for ***** to stand behind his work and the warranty on the flooring to be upheld. $2250 plus $3700.50 and $6710. I need and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue ****. Thank you.
