    Ten years ago I was looking for an honest job were I could work from home and still be a stay home mom. Well I came across a post from a stranger that had one friend in common and I sent her a message asking about the job listing. Unfortunately the *** I started with was taken ill and I quickly was picked up by none other than ********. No matter the miles between us her team and herself have been amazing. A company that stands behind their word. This company is like no other, they actually take care of their employees and show so much respect towards us. I love that I can set my schedule two weeks ahead of time and then if need be still make changes as soon as two hours before logging in.

    Although none of the information on this BBB site is correct (wrong phone number, wrong address, wrong email, wrong owner name), I have been working with SMS Virtual Solutions for the last ten years and absolutely love the company and the services they provide. Lately it's been a little slow since the owner has been sick, but even then they still work and try to respond even when they are sick which speaks volumes. This company also isn't a call center. They just provide support services for agents who work for a call center that they partner with. Unsure which BBB person created this profile, but thought I'd post a review so others don't get confused. I take calls for one of their clients and they have supported me well over the last decade. Highly recommend them to anyone (although it's not always easy work to take calls remotely like this). Thank you ***** team!
