      **Review of Pentair Pool Heater: A Disappointing Experience**I had high hopes for the Pentair pool heater, given its reputation. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others avoid the same pitfalls.From the outset, installation seemed straightforward, but the heater quickly developed issues. Despite following all recommended maintenance procedures, I encountered a pinhole leak in the combustion chamber, which is alarming for a product marketed as reliable. This leak led to water entering areas where it absolutely shouldn't be, creating serious safety concerns and operational inefficiencies.Whats worse is the customer service experience. When I reached out for support, the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like I was just another number, and the representatives seemed more interested in upselling maintenance packages than actually addressing the problems with their product. I expected better from a well-known brand.Moreover, the heater is sensitive to its environment. Even minor condensation or chemical exposure in the pool area seemed to exacerbate existing issues, leading to even more frequent repairs. I never anticipated that my pool heater would require so much attention, especially when I was promised a hassle-free ************* conclusion, my experience with the Pentair pool heater has been overwhelmingly negative. I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and safe solution for their pool heating needs. Save yourself the headaches and consider alternatives that prioritize quality and customer service. Trust me, youll be glad you did.

      Worst customer service ever! They would not even try and help me trouble shoot their UV sterilizer, they just told me to buy a new one!!

      Absolute bad products all the way around, My Glow brite bubblers led lights went out back in September 2023 I was told they were having to manufacture new lights. On Jan 18th I was told the new lights were in production and shipping and I should have my order shipped soon, I called again March and was told I would be put to top of the list, It is now April and nothing. TS03510159. I have had my equipment less than 3 years and so far the pool vacuum, pool heater, and lights have all failed. These products are JUNK! I hate I went with this company and hope I get my lights replaced soon,*********************

      I bought a pool heater with em with a 2-year warranty in May of 2020. In Sept of 2021 the heater quit working. Finally in Nov I got someone to come out and look at and of course had the wrong part and it had to be ordered. It is now August of 2022 and still no part. I started calling this year in April and I call at least every other week if not every week. They have brand new heaters at their business, and I would think that since it has been almost a year, they could just take a part off another heater and send it to me. Iam getting the run around every time I call and the guy that checked it out is avoiding me, so they put someone else on my case and they won't call me back either.
