    I made a purchase on February 12th, 2024, I sent them back for return on February 26th. They were received March 1st - confirmed by the ***** I sent an email on 3/17/24 inquiring about the refund. I have not received a response to that email or the one I sent on 3/19/24. There were two purchases, ***** and *****. I just want a refund.

    I purchased an IPL unit from this company that is defective. I have followed directions closely but unit does not work as described. I contacted the company to report this and they have refused to return my purchase price and have been very unprofesssional in their handling of the matter . I am a senior citizen living on social security alone and cannot afford to not have my money refunded! The gentleman handling the issue was very rude and kept refusing to stand behind their product! I feel this should be made known so that others are not caught in their corrupt business practice! We requested to speed to his manager to no avail. And he hung up on us 3 times in trying to settle this issue!

    These people are using false advertising to scam Im sure many thousands of people of their money. Im not even sure about the safety of using their product.

    Order# ******** Purchased on 3/13/23 Bought a pair of bone induction headphones. These are no such thing. They boast about how it send sound through the jaw and such. Real Bone Conduction headphones do this. These have small speakers in front of the ear canals. When you cover them, sound is muffled. Quality of sound is very grainy too. This website has mislead consumers into false information. Proper Bone Conduction headsets are like Shokz. Also, when still at a reasonably low volume, others nearby can hear the music or conversation coming from the headset. Again, not typical at all of Bone Conduction. False Advertising.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    I have also included the email that was originally sent to the company.  I have also included 3 images of real Bone Conduction headsets that do not contain a speaker that do send sound through the jaw.  Sound coming through a speaker that faces the ear canal that does not send sound via the jaw bone is not bone conduction and is false advertisement is stated it is.  This should be changed on the website to reflect correct information. Previous pictures of Inductivvs headset has been provided in my initial complaint.  I've seen zero reviews on their website reflecting happy consumers therefore simply stating that the company has not received complaint in regards to their headset is an unproven statement.

    I ordered a set of Inductivv Bone Induction Headphones made in *** from Inductivv on October 21, 2022, conf. e-mail on 10/23/22. shipping date was 10/24/22 order number ******** $59.99 + $9.95 shipping = $69.94 with Inductivv 3 year warranty order number ******** $12.00 my credit card was billed for both transactions from Breathegreentrends.com phone # ************ I received a package that contained a set of Openear Duet wireless headphone DYY-1 made in *****, not the headphones that were advertised. They supposedly have great reviews. I tried them and they are very cheap sounding, not what I had ordered. They offer a no question asked refund if not satisfied. I have e-mailed them several times about this with no response to any e-mail, I've tried calling several times with no answer. Don't know what else to do? Sure seems like a scam!! Looked up these Openear Duet headphones on best buy and you can purchase them for around $24 Their web site says to return the headphones if not satisfied but I'm afraid to return them when they will not respond to me by e-mail or phone to answer my concerns. Don't want to lose out totally.

    I got 5 fuel save pro for $137.42 and I have used it for a little over a month. over 350 mile's and my car use's more gas with it then it does with out it . so I called to see about sending all 5 back for a refund and the said that I could not get a refund because it has been over 30 days.

    I researched online for a neck massager - one of the reviews took me to this sight. I wanted to get for a Christmas gift so I ordered mid December. It came on Jan 5. First red flag was when I put in my credit card and purchased, I immediately got a notice from my cc company asking it I made that purchase. The website says they are from NJ, with American flag and some pretty jargon about being an American owned Company. When I got the product, no where on the box did it say ******** - but ******** ********* is on the box. When I opened it, it literally is cheap plastic and cords and look like dollar store quality. I call the number to complain and start my refund. It was a call center for several items and the language barrier made the experience even more unsettling. I have emailed their customer support with my complaint, also asking how I could leave a "verified" review like they show on their webpage. After 4 email exchanges, the first is that they offered a discount, 3 times, with the last one saying just keep it and we will refund your money. My last one I pushed for the shipping cost too. I did get a full refund, but they are charging over 160 (for two, like I got) when this is cheaply made. They never would address where I could leave a review. Wished I would have know what I do now. I would have never made this purchase and then dealing with the hassle in getting my money back.

    Their claim that this is a military grade flashlight, the brightest, can even start a fire, is a complete fraud. There is a you tube video that says this as well. I bought 4 of them in February 2022, spent over $160 and I want my money back. This is complete false advertising. Guy named ***** ********.
