Monday, May 8th, 2023 ************************* with S&P Clearing & Grading installed a new driveway that connected with my old driveway to form a circle drive at my house located at *****************************************************Tuesday, May 9th, ******************************************************************************************************* a car would scrape their front end on the asphalt road it steeply connected to.Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 I informed ******************** of the problem I was having with the new driveway in a text message saying: Driveway is a little too steep. Everyone who exits in a car scrapes the road.******************** texted back:Ill look at itTuesday, May 16th, 2023 ********************** showed up at my house with a heavy equipment trailer. I thought he had come to fix the new driveway, but instead he had come to pick up his skid steer he left sitting in my backyard. He walked up to the house where I was and told me that he talked to his son and there was really nothing they can do about the steepness of the driveway.I told him if he didnt do something about it then Ill have to find someone who will because the driveway cant stay like this.He then went on to say that one of the cars in the video was going too fast the reason it scraped.I then pointed out to ******************** that my mother wasnt going fast when she exited out of the new driveway, but she still scraped the front of her car.He then wanted to know why I cant just make the new driveway the entrance since no one scrapes going in thru it and make the other driveway the exit? I told him because I paid for a fully functioning driveway that people can come in and out of as they please with no problem.******************** concluded our talk by walking away saying: Ill talk to **** and well get a dozer over here.Tuesday, May 16th, ******************************** talked to *************************.
