    We had 107 acres within our family for generations and with all the heirship issues and missing paperwork, I had no idea how to move forward. I talked to a few potential buyers before, but no one really wanted to deal with the complications.
    Amy and team from Principal acres were kind, honest, and super helpful from day one. They actually listened, explained everything clearly, and handled all the tricky parts — like dealing with long-lost relatives and clearing the title.
    What I appreciated most is they didn’t pressure me or make me feel dumb for not knowing how this stuff worked. They just took care of things and kept me in the loop the whole way. In the end, they gave me a fair price and got it done fast.
    If you’re dealing with complicated land issues, these are the folks you want on your side. I’m really glad I found them.

    I would think twice before using them. They started a contract for my property and waited until the week before closing to terminate the contract. During the 3 month period they listed my property on ******** marketplace without my consent and made it look like they owned the property when they did not. They were basically trying to double close on me, even though they assured me thats not what they were doing. When they could not find a buyer in the 3 months, they voided the contract. I would ask for ******* money prior to signing a contract.
