    Zero stars. Just as the other reviews have stated. I was verbally harassed by an employee. *******, charging at me in the parking lot and stopped just 2 feet from my face, with his hands raised as if he was going to grab my arms, and proceeded to yell and cuss at me. I was very shaken and confused by the aggressive behavior. I went inside and could not get a manager to speak with. Every employee I asked gave me the run-around and we finally left. Agree with other reviews that this place is extremely unsafe for more reasons than the staff assaulting the customers. There was a massive sinkhole about 3' x 4' in the snow RIGHT next to the sidewalk with water ******* in it (maybe was a drainage path), however it was not roped off or covered for safety. We watched a small child walk right into it. They were screaming and soaking wet. Needless to say the parents were really upset too. The parents went to report it. This was mid-day and I am assuming that staff were walking by this spot repeatedly and chose not to address it. Also, apparently the side of one of the tubing lanes wasn't properly formed (at the top of the lane there was no mounding or bumper) and we witnessed a man go right off of the side of the lane and proceed to slide uncontrollably down the slope towards trees and electrical box posts. He was upset and limping once he finally managed to get himself up out of the tangle. These examples of negligence and lack of concern for safety are only a few. My sister and her family experienced a few more... I advise everyone who asks me if we enjoyed it to stay away as it is not worth the potential dangers of the half-hazard environment that this shamefully, careless business is placing the unknowing public into.

    Hawksnest Snow Tubing. AVOID. UNSAFE. Aggressive and rude employees talk*** smack to my 8 year old nephew while my brother and I were wait*** for the 4 year old to make it down the run. Two punks think they are go*** to get between me and my nephews? Think again. So we went to the management. Explained they were aggressive, rude and us*** profanity. And then the threat to use physical violence against me. The video doesnt capture the one say*** he can do what ever he wants and threatened me directly, but it does show the rude tactics and profane rhetoric used by the staff. The management includ*** the owner were dismissive and I had to explain that if his staff continued their aggressive behavior and profane conduct includ*** threats that I would have no problem giv*** the punks exactly what they were ask*** for if they continued to be aggressive to children and myself. Their choice not mine. We were there to enjoy tubing, not be threatened, intimidated and cussed at by some employees. The owner said I know what the the problem is, YOU! I dont care what you have on video, I dont care what happens. Everyone here signed a waiver and its private property. No matter what you say or post it wont hurt my business one f-*** bit I own the snow tubing in this town and noth*** you can say will hurt me one bit Well how about post*** the video of the staff? Maybe that might make others hesitant about sign*** a waiver in case they get hurt, or attacked by staff? I cant post video here and its full of the staffs profane language anyway but its posted elsewhere. Easy to find. Owner and staff are reckless and wait*** for an accident to happen
