      In May 2024, ***** had spoke with my husband and I and stated that we were doing really good on her payments and that we paid off our lawn that it was no longer on the account . On July 2024 I spoke with ***** ***** from Allied financial in *********************. He informed me that we were behind on our loan. Him and I worked up some thing where he could redo our loan for $50 so we wouldnt have a payment until August 2024, we were, unable to make the payment in August due to money issues which I explained to him he stated that we could try to make a payment when we could. Someone hacked my checking account so it was closed in September to investigate now we are three months behind. September 26, 2024 the secretary ******* ******** contacted my husband and I from her personal ******** page to our personal ******** page messaging us to call Allied and give us the number. Contact ***** *****, and told him she should not have contacted me on a personal social media, that she doesnt call to collect a debt. I had no idea who she was Or why she would be contacting my husband and I. So the same day, I called Jerrys Boss And spoke with him about the situation and issue that I had had with the girl contacting us and he apologized for the girl doing that said that he would speak with Green and ******* ******** about the issue and that it would not happen again. After my complaint to his boss, I spoke with ***** ***** on 26 September and informed him that we did not get our check until October 3, 2024. On September 30, 2024 ***** ***** called from ******, ************************************** and left a message stating we needed to come and make a payment today or legal actions would be taken out on us and the sheriff would be here to pick up our lawnmower tonight. I do not feel that they are being fair to us nor do I feel that they are very professional and their actions. As a resolution I feel That they should mark my bill paid, Or reduce Amount owed.
