  I've had my olefin rugs for almost a year and a half now. We have two hearding (high energy) dogs, a toddler, and we vacuum the rugs every day, sometimes twice a day. The rugs are high quality and I have had nothing but good experiences with their customer service. After I placed my order, they even persinally called me to ask if we wanted them to send samples of the rugs (free of charge) before they fulfilled our order to ensure the colors and quality were what we were expecting. In reference to other posts, the rugs have acquired some very, very minor snags from the dogs on a couple strands of the yarn. Desptite this, they're unnoticeable unless you begin to look for them. The edges of the rug look just as great as the day I unboxed them. One of my favorite parts about braided rugs is the character they aquire and the story that they tell as they age- the dogs playing tug of war, the kids pushing dump trucks and pushing chairs across them and the various other memories made with family and friends. I've recommended Stroud Braided Rugs to anyone that has asked or mentioned purchasing a braided rug. I look forward to purchasing more rugs and runners from them in the future.

It seems most of the time when we didn't do whatever entitled/unrealistic demand the other's ask for they just come here and write nasty things that aren't accurate and there isn't much we can do about it. So thank you for taking the time to come here and write. Usually happy customers don't take the time to do this.   The rugs were not the quality I was expecting and VERY underwhelming!!!! They quickly accepted the return however I wasted $44 to ship them back. Keep this in mind before you order UPDATE They have had returned rugs for 23 days and have yet to refund. Had to dispute charges DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  The return was not delayed 23 days, that is from the date the customer's request to return was accepted. We need to physically receive the return and be able to inspect it before we can process the return. While this return did take longer than we would like we are learning from this experience and working on streamlining the process better.
