      On August 8th 2022 I found a storage building I wanted to buy at the ******** Sheds location in Cherryville, NC. I took the listing paper out of the building that had the post tax out the door ***** wrote on the bottom of the paper in the amount of $7,302.75. I give it to the worker behind the desk and double checked that the listed price was the correct out the door price and she confirmed. After discussing payment options I decided to do 90 days same as cash because it was easier to go to the *** five minutes away to get a $500 down payment instead of 40 minutes to my bank to get the full cash amount. After putting everything in her system which she was behind clear plexi glass the whole time where I couldn't see the computer, she had me sign the paperwork on the little electric pad on the other side of the glass. I asked how to go about paying the building off once I received it and she told me I would get a bill in the mail and I could just call and pay off in full which is what I planned to do. She gets the paperwork done and hands me my copy which my mistake was not looking over the paperwork and assuming it was correct. I get the bill in the mail and when I called to pay it off was informed they had the purchase price of the building at just over $7,700. I reached out to ******'s Sheds multiple times to try and reconcile the situation with no luck. The company they sent the financing through even tried to help me get the payoff down to what I should have owed based off of the listing paper after I sent it to them. The manager contacted the owner to discuss the error where she proceeds to lie and say that I was informed about the error before the purchase saying I shouldn't have signed the paperwork if I had an issue with it. But I couldn't see anything that I was signing since I was on the other side of a glass wall and signed an electric pad. I would like to get the $500 deposit I lost from doing a voluntary repo because I refuse to pay more than the list.

      The customer has the opportunity while in the office to go over the contract and 5 to 7 business days to go over the contract before the building is delivered.  To call  or come in to cancel the order if they don't agree to the trems  of the contract.  We go over the contract while the customer is in the office.  And they are given a copy of the contract.  And it says exactly the same as the lease agreement.  Of the company we use. Also the lease company has to approve the order and contract,  before it is approved and sent to the delivery company.

      I am rejecting this response because: I didn't have 5 to 7 business days before delivery, because the building was delivered to me the very next day. I'm sorry for thinking we lived in an honest world these days. I made the mistake of thinking things were put in the same way as the listing paper which I asked to make sure was the out the door price.
      I tried to get in touch with you personally to try and rectify the situation, but instead you straight up lied to the finance and when I called you to confront you about that the response I received was "kiss my a** mother fucker"...
      Sincerely,

      **********************;
      Your building was repossessed on Friday, October 7 at your request.  But you called me before all of this, didn't even give me your name yelling at me calling me a lair, being smart and hateful telling me what I could do with the building over ,over, over and over again.  I had no idea who you were . You never gave me your name. I connected your name with the phone number you called me from to your contract.  You say you thought lived in an honest world.
      If so you need to be honest yourself . Because we have you on camera with my employee going over the contract with you. My office has cameras that record audio and video 24-7.You may not have had 5-7 days because I called the delivery company it was delivered it early for you but you still 2 days after you ordered it on ****. I will not keep arguing with you about this. The pictures of the price sheets that you have on here is of two totally different buildings  We are distributors for the building company.  The lease company has to approve every order. They are another separate company from us. That you had plenty of time to go over in my office and 2 days before it was delivered. And you could have canceled the order before the building was delivered and you would have been given your deposit back.
