    I was a frequent customer of ********************** as I just moved *********** in close proximity to my home. I went everyday for breakfast, same time, & ordered the same thing. My experience with this fast food place is highly undesirable. Each day even when I was the first customer of the day at 6am on my way to work- the biscuit was ice cold. The hash rounds tasted ice cold as well & I attached a picture showing what they handed to me one day. It was practically empty. See pic. There were days when they forgot one or 2 things in my ********* consistently had to go back. This went on since May 2022. I wrote a ****** review based on my experience. Well last sunday i went as usual before work at the drive thru, placed my order only to be told by the young man he would not serve me anymore per his manager, I questioned it he had no answers. I asked for corporates phone # and he refused, instead giving me his mgr number to which I called only to find out it is a non working # so he gave me a # that doesn't work. I tried contacting corporate, Thei phone # doesnt accept voicemails it says voicemail box full. I trued numerous times. I filled out an online complaint form. to which not one person has contacted me. This is frrustrating as a consumer as well as unacceptable. I did nothing **** to warrant this treatment from a fast food place where I spend my money for almost a year. No explanation & no way to contact the franchise owner. They refused to give me any phone numbers to discuss so Im reaching out to BBB to help resolve this. I would like to speak to the franchise owner directly or a GM. There is no way to contact Hardees corporate. One day a couple of months ago I had to go back 3 times as they kept getting my order wrong. Another morning at 6am myself & other cars were waiting at the drive thru & a man from the kitchen told me a cashier called out & there was nobody there to take orders so I drove away.
