    On April 15 I ordered (2) CFS iSpring FT15 Compatible 5th ***************** Carbon Filter Replacement - instead- I received (2) incorrect filters [according to their label they are T33 filters].I have emailed, left voice mails *************] and even tried their website's "chat" feature.... going on 3 weeks without a response. When you call their # the message is for an unrelated business.Frankly I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is something else... they are ignoring their customers all together and from reading other complaints It seems their tactic is wait until after the 30 days....

    On 2/23/2024 at 2:25pm Filters4you received the return of my 50 filters purchased 1/31/2023. I mailed back the box as delivered the same to me the next day because of wrong size of filters to fit our water system. I had up to 30 days for return merchandise for a refund.I gave the box back just like delivered no change or anything different just looking for a refund. Filter4you have not called or let me talk on the chat box. It continues says have no reply not sent. So contact was stop on their end. My tracking # was ************ and order #*****. My email stated "will be up dated soon". No response. I had my bank make a dispute because they have my money but I have no product they have both. NOT FAIR. They have just left me. I need help complaining is all I can do, so I will complain about this company not holding to their policy refund.

    On 1/11/24 I ordered a replacement filter for my Pelican Pro RO 2 stage ******. What I ordered should have fit. I sent a screenshot of the order. Filters4you sent me one different from what I ordered. It wont fit the line. The holes in the fitting are too small. It appears like there are no fittings on the ends, which I thought at first. But there are 1/4 in holes. The line for my filter is 3/8 inch. I called the company for a return label and a refund on 1/18 and did not receive a return call. I have called again on 1/19. Still no return call. I looked at their website yesterday (on 1/8) when I was requesting the return and the filter that I had ordered was "sold out". So apparently they sent me a different one to replace the one I was supposed to get. Today the filter I had ordered is not even on their website. I have contacted them via email and chat both. They are insisting the filter they sent will fit. It doesn't. I have sent you a picture of our filter underneath our sink. It looks like the one I ordered but did not receive. I have also sent a picture of the one they sent, HYDRONiX ICF-6Q. I would like them to refund my money and send me a return label as well. I do not want to pay return shipping. This is on them.
