    I have been using Danny's Tire and Car Care for nearly 5 years now. From needed repairs to the regular maintenance (oil changes, tires, inspections) items, I have always received outstanding service. Staff are friendly, the phone is always answered & the mechanics have always been upfront about what potentially could be an issue and whether or not it's an immediate repair situation. The shop also has multiple signs explaining shop policies and any potential wait times for parts or services.

    They had my car over a month when I got my car back it was doing the samething I paid 700 hundred dollars to get my car out we drove it for awhile it cut off on us we had to have it towed back to the shop now they got My car and is not communicating with me to tell me what's going on they told me it will be ready the next day it's like they keep finding stuff wrong they said they were going to call back haven't heard from them since the 30 of January itt alot of non communication if I could I wouldn't leave them any stars at all

    Hello I apologize your car was repossessed and was brought to us by the dealer that actually owns your vehicle. I did the repairs for that dealer that the dealer requested and it last minute. The dealer communicated with you a deal before picked up we did not know any of the history we did have communication with you in between time but our customer was the dealer and we were told not to communicate with you because it was no longer your vehicle and we do apologize for how you felt you were treated the dealer brought the vehicle back in for another issue that was not underlined in the beginning we communicated with the dealer who actually brought the vehicle in and then what he had explain for us to do

    He told me to take it back to y'all and he would pay for the repairs and I can just pick it up I also have text messages from him also I paid 700 hundred and that was for nothing he said he was gonna pay for it and all I had to do was pick up i got messages from that also I'm gonna take him to court tell him that she he ain't answering

    Im sorry im just the middle person an the 700 was for the repairs that the dealer had approved an wanted us to do an you an him made the agreement on paying for the vehicle an again I apologize for that he requested it to come back here for running issues which he wasn’t concerned about before an again he was my customer im sorry you are in the situation but it issue is with you an the dealer no us
