    My son's vehicle broke down near ******* NC, it was towed to this business and he was told the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced. My son agreed and the quote was around 4,000.00 for a rebuilt transmission with a 1 year warranty included. The transmission arrived about a week later and before they replaced it my son was told that his old transmission was fine, the problem was the suspension and a dead battery. They fixed the problem and replaced the battery and charged my son a 200.00 restocking fee for the rebuilt transmission. I bought the battery at **** **** 7 or 8 months ago and it had a 3 year free replacement warranty included in the purchase. My complaint is they won't return MY battery so I can get a placement or refund, they DieHard battery cost me over 220.00. Also, the restocking fee should be their problem, they told my son his car's transmission was shot. I contacted them via email and they haven't responded. If I call them I won't be able to control myself.
