      In January of 2023 BWM Electrical Services came out and ran wires from an existing panel box inside my dads house (*******************************: ************************************************) to a new panel box outside of the house. This included a run that was for a barn that was in the inside panel box. Towards the end of the work they did, my dad was in and out of the hospital and a nursing home for rehab and once back home had to use a ****** and cane. Once he was strong enough (May 2023) to walk to the barn, he plugged in his air compressor and immediately there was a pop and sparks. The air compressor was now dead. My husband, *************************, called and spoke with the owner (*****************************) directly about what happened and even discussed ways BWM could fix the problem. ***** sent someone to come out to fix the issue. Their fix was to disconnect and completely remove the wire that went to the outside breaker the barn was on. After multiple attempts to contact ***** over a 4 month period (June - Sep 2023) and him giving me the run around in In October of 2023 I determined that ***** wasnt going to do the right thing so I sent a letter First class with return receipt to them with details and that I would file a complaint, give honest reviews online about their work etc. They had moved their office from **********, ** to ******, ** so there was a delay. The letter was forwarded to the *********** in ****** but it was never picked up so it was returned to me 2 months later. I assumed the issue was that it wasnt sent to the correct address so once I received the letter back (late December 2023) I sent the letter again on January 4th, 2024, to the correct address. I dont know what happened, but it ended up back at the ************************ and was never picked up by BWM, so again it was returned to me after being sent to ***************. I received it back at the end of March. ***** lied to me saying he would send someone out again and never did. He wouldn't return my calls. I have dates.

      I have gone by the Skinners property that her Dad lives at this week 5-6-25 and inspected the entire circuit that feeds the barn that was unhooked by my technician. The decision to unhook that circuit was in fact the best decision to make as there are multiple issues with that circuit that would likely lead to electrical fire and potential for electrical shock. I have explained this to the skinners and wrote a comprehensive report that I have sent to them as well. After explaining my findings with them they share my opinion that unhooking the circuit was the best course of action and are happy that it was done. 
      I believe that if you reach out to the skinners that they will likely tell you that they are happy with BWM Electrical Services and will probably recommend us to others and use us again in the future.

      Contacted this electrician knowing my neighbor was happy with their work of installing a Tesla charger in their garage. Asked them to do the same work they did for the neighbor. ****** and signed a contract and also paid a deposit. The date arrived to complete the work where the owner (*****) sent his not very experienced technician *************************, to complete the job. *** did not complete the work as we agreed with ***** with the surge protector sticking out from wall instead of being buried invisible in the electrical box (as in neighbor's). Called the owner on the phone before *** left my house and *** witnessed my frustration with his boss and gave his own business card to me saying he is leaving this company soon because of the way this guy treats his customers and employees. Anyways, I very kindly asked the owner to redo the work as we had agreed. He started making excuses stating my box does not work with that type of wiring. This was not true and the box I have does have a space to ***** the surge protector inside just like my neighbor. He said give me some time let me think about it which I did. After few days I called him since he did not but this sweet talker owner before getting me pay him the money was nasty on the phone blaming me harassing his staff. This was a complete lie to divert the blame on me, scare me away and to let things go in his favor so I don't call again. I did not think his nastiness is going to scare me and I told him that he did not complete the job as we agreed and him behaving so poorly will only lose him more customers and that I will be filing a complaint about his company. He did not care and said to go ahead do whatever I wanted. I would kindly appreciate BBB to get involved to rectify this situation and help our community support trustworthy businesses and let the companies like BWM know that their irresponsible, reckless, and poor behavior cannot go without being corrected soon or later.
