      I ordered 3 pieces of furniture on April 27 including 2 custom fabric chairs. When the order was delivered on May 20, the chairs had the wrong fabric. The chairs were not left and I was told by the delivery employee that the store would contact me. I called on May 20 and spoke with ******, who said she would be in touch. I called back on May 27 and spoke to ****** again and she assured me she would be back in touch today. I have not received any further response. I want the correct chairs with the correct fabric delivered by June 14th or I want all my money back for the chairs and I will shop elsewhere.

      I spoke to the customer over the phone on 5/29/25.  The customer had not received a call back from their original salesperson to keep them up to date on the progress of their sale.  The merchandise has been ordered with correct fabric and should be expected with 4-5 weeks (late June/early July).  The customer agreed to accept receipt of the product once it arrives.  We appreciate the customer giving us another opportunity to serve them.  We also credited them with $100 store credit towards the purchase of anything in the future from any of our 5 locations.

      Transaction date- 8/26/2024 Purchase price ******* Adjustable bed and mattresses Have never supplied product. Says they cannot supply delivery date. Originally told us 2 to 4 weeks. Has been greater than 2 months and they will not return calls. Would like to receive a refund. I have Parkinsons disease and needed the bed for being able to get out of bed. They are not returning any calls.

      We were closed on Tuesday, October 29th when customer tried to call.  We spoke to the customer this morning and have successfully refunded his credit card today.  Customer is satisfied.
