    Our home is under its one year warranty - We reported some issues to the Builder since some of his contractors were stating the warranty should be honored by Darryl as they were responsible for the defects in need of correction. Some of them are structural concerns. He has not honored his warranty - even the short 1 year warranty - while many other builders warrant the structure for 10 years and other items for 2 - 5 years. Furthermore, some of the items we wanted corrected were written into the punch list requested by both us as the buyer and the inspector. They removed the blue tape to make it look like they did something but at closer look, entrusting they made corrections, we could see they were not touched. If this is how he honors his warranty, in hindsight we'd say buyer beware. It's unfortunate that what we have asked to correct what would be easy for the builder to honor and service but he is with the attitude that he doesn't need to do a thing for his clients and that is after paying full price without any concessions to the buyer. If you care about quality of service and being appreciated as a buyer, you may want to avoid this builder.
