    contracted with us for a patio of 590 sq feet, built one that was 456 sq feet and tried to charge more than the original contracted amount using a different calculation method than on our agreed contract. we submitted payment for the sq footage we received and now **** is trying to put a lien on our property because of his breach of contract. stay far away from him, he's shady, doesn't like things in writing.

    Comeyer did not honor our signed contract, nd didn't deliver the spaced outlined in our contracts. the contract was for 590 sq feet and he delivered 456 sq feet, but wanted me to pay the entire balance of the contract. We sent a final check with the amount he installed times the per sq foot cost that wan the contract. He never cashed the check or responded, but today I get a letter that he is placing a lien on our property. the ethics of this company are highly questionable and I would highly suggest avoiding them at all costs.
