      Company was called out to pump my in laws septic tank....guy broke one of the kids...he suggested they buy 2 new lids at an extra $300.00...even though they're on a fixed income...my in-laws agreed.. They said they would bring them that afternoon or the next morning.. Neither happened...had to call company again.... Finally they bring out lids but neither fit correctly but guy was starting to cover them up anyway..y husband told guy to leave and for his boss to call him... neither happened... After I contacted company again...the guy which I guess was the boss threaten my husband... That when he came out to pick up the lids he said " I'll teach him how to show respect".
