    4 Aug 2022, *********************** (owner of Goldmark investment LLC) installed windows for ** as a sub contractor for lowes home improvement. He approached us about his company purchasing and installing the remaining windows for our home.18 Aug 2022, After reviewing the material *********************** sent us on windows and his company, he came to our house and we gave him a check for $****** to purchase the windows.7 Dec, we sent a text to ask the status of the windows which he said had been delayed due to the hurricane in **. Per his reply the windows were to arrive in March.8 Feb, he notified us he needed to schedule a date to remeasure the windows, with the shipping date of the windows as 26 March 6 April, sent a text requesting status of windows. he replied parts where on back order, should arrive late april.8 May, sent a text requesting status. He replied parts where still on back order. We stated the process was taking to long, the windows needed to be delivered or our money refunded. He stated he understood however per the company you could not request a full refund until a year from the date of order. since the order was placed in Aug we agreed to wait.7 Aug, we received a text from *********************** stating a refund request was filed by his attorney, He felt it would be better coming from his attorney. we asked for his attorneys name, a copy of the refund request and a copy of the work order. He never replied to our request.I have tried contacting ES windows (company who he said was making the windows) they cannot find any orders placed by *********************** or his company. I have since found out *********************** has moved to ******* ** and opened another LLC with the same name in *******. We have now paid ****** for windows and have not received the windows. And require him to refund our money. Attached is the orginal quote from ****************, copy of the check and a receipt.
