    December 30, 2024 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:On Nov. 30th - Dec. 1st, we had no **************** which Msg. was left on ***********. ******** claimed she didn't get a msg. from us. Not true. Monday Morning, Dec. 2 we called at 8:30am and spoke with ********. She informed us she did not know when she could get someone to us since they were completely booked for Monday. I told her we needed support **** since we had no service since Friday Nov. 29th. She then said she would put us on schedule and if tech could get to us he would. When tech saw our name on list, he said he moved us up to top and came to us first. Upon arriving he check router and it was not working. He then checked a wire connecting to router and went to his truck and got a new wire and put on router, service came up. He then had to reprogram all tv's of course. Everything started working properly. He told ******** that we had old fire sticks which was the problem, they were just purchased 2024 and installed which was not the problem. ******** said tech told her he had to reprogram all fire sticks since the modem went down which was normal. If the old cable was bad, why did he tell her he replaced the new cable with the same old cable afterwards which does not make sense and is not true, because the new cable is still connected to the router. New cable is still attached. We got bill the 2 days and do not feel we owe. She said she could have charged us $65. We canceled our cable service with them because they do not offer Seniors discount at all. We definitely need another internet service to serve the ************* area since they are the only one and don't care about whether you can afford it or not. We're so sorry tech told her something different than what he told us and left new cable connected to router. Husband told her he lied and don't send him back to us. Seniors, we do not need this kind of stress. Finding New Provider.Thanking you in advance for your help.
